1. Free Delivery

We are pleased to offer free home delivery for all orders, regardless of the order size. We believe in making high-quality, affordable meals accessible to everyone.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently provide delivery services to select locations within our operational areas. We are expanding our delivery zones, and we will update this policy as new areas are added. You can check if we deliver to your location during the checkout process on our website.

3. Delivery Method

All deliveries are made via our fleet of electric vehicles (EVs), ensuring an eco-friendly and efficient service. Our team is committed to ensuring that your food reaches you in the best possible condition and in a timely manner.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time: We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of day. Orders are typically delivered based on the time slots selected during the ordering process. However, due to high demand, heavy orders, or special holidays, there is a possibility that your order may be delivered in the next available time slot. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these instances.

Peak Hours: During peak hours (e.g., lunch and dinner times), deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. These busy periods can result in increased demand, so please allow additional time for your order to arrive. We are committed to delivering your meals as quickly as possible during these times.

Delivery Delays: Occasionally, delivery times may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these external factors. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to minimize any delays.

Delivery Timing: Minimum of 1 hour To Maximum of 48 Hours all the the product will be delivered.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. We do not currently provide real-time tracking for deliveries, but you will be notified once your order has been dispatched and is on its way.

6. Packaging

We take pride in ensuring that your meals are packed securely to maintain their freshness and quality during transit. Our packaging is designed to keep your food safe and hot until it reaches your doorstep. We use eco-friendly materials wherever possible to minimize our environmental impact.

7. Delivery Restrictions

We may not be able to deliver to certain locations due to distance, accessibility, or logistical reasons. In such cases, you will be notified during checkout, and you will not be able to proceed with the order unless your location is within our delivery zone.

8. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with missing items or is damaged, please contact us immediately at support@momsdelyt.com or call our customer support line. We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible, offering replacements or refunds where appropriate.

9. Cancellation of Orders

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds: If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
