  • Cancellation Refunds: If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, the refund will be issued minus a 2% deduction to cover payment gateway charges, as mentioned in our Payment Policy.

  • No Return on Food Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns for food products that have already been delivered and consumed.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or replacements if you simply change your mind about the order after it has been dispatched.
