3. Order Confirmation and Payment
- Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
- Payment is required at the time of placing the order. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until the payment is successfully received and confirmed.
4. Cancellation of Orders
- If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before it is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Cancellation Charges: Please note that a 2% deduction from the total amount paid will be applied in case of order cancellation. This deduction is made to cover the payment gateway charges imposed by Razorpay. The refund (after the 2% deduction) will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Refunds
- Refund Process: In case of a cancellation (before dispatch), we will process your refund after the cancellation request has been confirmed. The refund amount (after the 2% deduction) will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Delayed or Incorrect Orders: If you have received a wrong or delayed order, please contact us immediately at support@momsdelyt.com. We will investigate the issue and process a full refund if necessary, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Payment Disputes
In case of any issues related to payment (such as unauthorized charges, double charges, or incorrect amounts), please contact our support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the dispute and ensure the correct amount is refunded or adjusted if required.
7. Taxes and Charges
- All prices on www.momsdelyt.com are inclusive of applicable taxes. The total price of your order will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.
- Any additional charges, such as delivery fees or taxes, will also be clearly outlined before finalizing your order.
